Before coming to us, they had tried to used their laptops in a zoom meeting space - keeping some board members 6 feet apart - while connecting other board members remotely via Zoom. This approach introduced unreliable results, with bad feedback between microphones (e.g. that high pitched squealing noise) and constant audio problems between the remote participants and the boardroom attendees.
For their boardrooms - the solution 22nd Avenue Entertainment Logistics provided was a "two-room" conference, which separated local and remote audio - immediately creating clarity and more control over the quality. All participants were able to hear clearly. This was accomplished with high-end switching equipment by Blackmagic Design and Kramer Electronics. For the video aspect, we added a second projection screen to feature additional attendees, as well as act as a dedicated screen for remote presentations. In this solution, the first order of business was to ensure safety for everyone involved. That meant that all individuals not only were vaccinated, but that the on-site staff from 22nd Avenue was testing daily as well as keeping minimal contact at the studio we designated. Prior to the grandmother's arrival we configured the studio with technology allowing two-way communication and the attendance of all those who wish to say hello. We worked with a local caterer and florist to outfit the studio with flowers and cupcakes. In addition to that we also provided a local MC to help wrangle the audience and provide fun interactive games for the party. Once We had prepared the studio and ensured everything had been sanitized regarding surfaces and ionizing the air, our vendors exited and two staff members remained to run the event. The grandmother was seated at a king's style chair, while select family members came in to spend the time with the grandmother on her left and right. Leaving the room open virtually, we created a special landing page for friends and family to connect through, where they could "Walk into" the studio at any time to say hi and give their best wishes. During downtime for those who stayed on the call for the duration of the birthday party, our MC played games and continued to keep the event lively. For critical parts of the family who needed to be in attendance, we sent sanitized fly packs to each residence prior to the birthday party. These fly packs included a single camera, a laptop and an LTE router... Essentially allowing the recipient to simply open the box and power up the computer... We would take care of the rest remotely.

To help keep our community safe, the idea of Drive-In Wedding's have become a thing... but there are many ways to approach the concept. The biggest challenge in a drive-in wedding, we believe, is still creating the moment of attendance. The couple getting married wants to know you're there... and in that... the guests want to see everything. This is something the experts at 22nd Avenue Entertainment Logistics created a solution for! We've already created solutions for live event streaming... why not apply that same approach to a live drive in wedding? This clip was taken from a recent drive-in wedding livestream we produced. With the realization of adapting to "socially distant events" - 22nd Avenue Entertainment Logistics was approached to create a drive-in solution for a wedding.
With the challenge of flat ground, we determined the most economical alternative for sight-lines would be to deploy an ultra low-latency stream (glass-to-glass) system for viewers in their vehicles to connect to directly - with a Short-Range FM Broadcast for those who wanted to sit outside on their vehicles. We utilized a second streaming backup (low-latency) for viewers at home and in other Countries. Our solution provided real-time video and production, as well as market/string lighting, uplighting, live audio/concert sound, staging, drape and power. As well as on-site data via cellular bonders (masts at 30'). The entire package was presented on a private link for families and friends to watch across the country and in Mexico.
