Live streaming and virtual hybrids for your next in-person meeting

We are still seeing a trend with tons of our conference clients across the Western United States looking to offer virtual live streaming at their next conference, while having their in-person meeting.

This is a great alternative to opening up and allowing attendees the opportunity to select either in person or virtual for the next meeting.

Our approach is multi-layered and gives clients the ability to sell tickets, offer conference check in and gauge interaction through our partnering platforms. If you already have a ticketing agency such as Eventbrite or cvent for your conference, we offer dedicated landing pages for live streams as well as dedicated interaction walls for you to "see" your attendees.

In most cases we offer our live stream and virtual meeting services as a hybrid over the top of your current audio visual supplier. Alternatively when bundled and packaged we provide all audio, video, lighting and staging to make your next conference an absolute success!
