Case study examples 
 
A small city struggling with the compliance issues around the Brown Act, while also remaining transparent and accessible to its public approach to us with the potential of creating an external council chambers to allow for social distancing. 
 
Our approach brought in all of the necessary audiovisual equipment, screens, confidence monitors and cameras... While also providing the appropriate audio reinforcements and amplification. This solution allowed members of the public to attend the meeting safely, while city staff and council members were spaced apart to allow for social distancing... As well as allowing for members of the virtual public to attend remotely and be given an opportunity to speak in real time, remotely. 
 
In another instance, a different city was concerned about the spread of the virus to their remote staffers... But lacked the audio visual equipment to connect remote sites. Our solution provided a sanitized remotely controlled camera system to the remote sites, which then was connected directly to the council chambers. From there we were able to mix into the streamed broadcast for the public to observe and comment on, in real time.
