For example, in a case study regarding a local economic development Council, our client was hosting a workshop that involved both in person and remote attendees. Additionally that workshop was hosting remote presenters, with visual elements such as PowerPoints and video clips to be played locally for the in-person audience as well as the virtual audience.
Our approach allowed the keynote presenters to see the room and attendees as if they were there, with the virtual attendees seeing the presented material. These two separate video feeds allowed for the virtual presenters to conduct their lecture without interruption or confusion.
At the conclusion of the workshop, we took recordings from each segment and rendered them into 1-hour clips based on each topic... Allowing the client to upload the material to their website for exclusive viewing and education.
