A lot of customers today are doing their research on the value of using a DIY App, or hiring a professional firm to maintain and assist with their teleconferencing projects and virtual meetings. To those who are considering hiring a firm, the question comes down to a matter of "footprint". Question: "Just how many people and how much equipment does it take to run a streaming teleconference?" The "general" answer; about 1 to 2 people, with equipment that they can pack in on a single trip!
With electric vehicles on the waiting list for our production group, we're proud to be doing what we can to ensure that we are using the "right tool for the job"... while not wasting fuel and creating unnecessary emissions for projects that can benefit from a smaller vehicle. For setup times; we prefer at least one hour prior to your meeting. Most meetings will benefit from a three-camera setup, with up to six microphones. Depending on the equipment available on-site, we also will provide screens up to 55" so that participants may be seen during the teleconference. Once we go live, the technician will help moderate the meeting if needed - directing public comments and feedback where appropriate. Once the meeting concludes, pack-out usually takes 15 to 30 minutes and we are on the road shortly after. Are you considering the potentials of what a virtual event and teleconference streaming can do for your productivity? Give us a call today, or fill out a contact request through our teleconference page today. We're looking forward to seeing what solutions we can help with.
