To help keep our community safe, the idea of Drive-In Wedding's have become a thing... but there are many ways to approach the concept. The biggest challenge in a drive-in wedding, we believe, is still creating the moment of attendance. The couple getting married wants to know you're there... and in that... the guests want to see everything. This is something the experts at 22nd Avenue Entertainment Logistics created a solution for! We've already created solutions for live event streaming... why not apply that same approach to a live drive in wedding? This clip was taken from a recent drive-in wedding livestream we produced. With the realization of adapting to "socially distant events" - 22nd Avenue Entertainment Logistics was approached to create a drive-in solution for a wedding.
With the challenge of flat ground, we determined the most economical alternative for sight-lines would be to deploy an ultra low-latency stream (glass-to-glass) system for viewers in their vehicles to connect to directly - with a Short-Range FM Broadcast for those who wanted to sit outside on their vehicles. We utilized a second streaming backup (low-latency) for viewers at home and in other Countries. Our solution provided real-time video and production, as well as market/string lighting, uplighting, live audio/concert sound, staging, drape and power. As well as on-site data via cellular bonders (masts at 30'). The entire package was presented on a private link for families and friends to watch across the country and in Mexico. Every best effort was made to ensure families were together, while relatives and guests were distant... while still enjoying the celebration of this beautiful moment. We were happy to be a part of the solution... and wish the very best to Abdiel and Fatima as they start their new life together! Outside Virtual Classroom Concept. In-Person, outdoors, socially distant... with Teleconference capability! With the warm weather here and currently no end in sight to the coronavirus pandemic, we have designed a potential solution to outside education, with socially distant learning as the first thought! One of the challenges of being outdoors is: 1) reliable power and 2) reliable audio visual. Our concept includes solar powered battery generators, a bonded cellular LTE wi-fi system, an outdoor-class 10 ft LED screen, a lectern, sound system and Smart PTZ Camera system. The concept brings together all of the necessary components for high-end audio-visual conferencing and meetings, while placing them in an outdoor setting for education.
These concepts could migrate into an all weather surrounding, with vented tenting and outdoor climate control. Users of this outdoor meeting space concept, will find it very user-friendly and state-of-the-art with regard to audio-visual. All of the expected comforts of connectivity and BYOD (bring your own device) as well as ample power charging devices made possible through solar batteries, would allow for enough connectivity to last well over an 8-hour educational day. Interested and learning more about this outdoor audio visual concept for educational meetings and conferences? We currently have the concept ready to launch and offer for beta- testing within select markets. Contact us for more information. It's a slow process as the world realigns and finds balance. It's especially hard for many of us in the live events sector... as our cause... our mission... was simple - "To unify and inspire." No matter your race, orientation or faith.
... but when the time comes, we'll be ready to deliver what matters most to you. As the covid-19 crisis continues on we have continued to enhance our video production and live streaming services. As we have helped other vendors and competitors with their live streaming setups, one of the most important aspects of in studio and on-site streaming for video is tablespace. With the ability to have a smaller production footprint, not only is this more aesthetic for clients not... This allows for a faster deployment and a faster strike.

Ready to get started? Contact us to see what solutions we provide for you. As the title suggests, it is more of a conversation starter than an answer. Our friends, employees and competitors all really want to get back to what we find purpose in. Before covid-19, our industry was the champion of causes... From non for profit charities, to the displaced families of wildfires... The entertainment industry was there to put on the show and rally around a cause. It felt great because we were contributing as an industry.
...and now we find the very mechanism behind what could bring us all together... Is what continues to keep us apart. As States start to determine the best ways to re-open their economies and keep the public safe, the entertainment industry still finds itself a long way out from "reopening". It is a societal mindset which has also changed how we view public gatherings. When this all clears will we as a society think twice about large gatherings? How will the "New Normal" look 6 to 12 months down the road from this writing? These questions, along with many more, are conversations we consider daily as we read the news and evaluate the landscape of our industry. Sadly, however, when the rest of these States "reopen"... We would like to remind the public that the entertainment and hospitality industries will appear to be the last on those lists. Regardless; for the sake of society and the good of community... We all look forward to the days of group hugs and large crowds... ... but until then, we'll be here... Ready to provide the uniting pieces of what makes the moment... An experience. The very best,
All of us at 22nd Avenue One of the biggest challenges facing the teleconference and streaming community, is control over their audience! For virtual public meetings, a conference call isn't always the most ideal solution. We're providing tiered solutions for both video and audio teleconferences... which allow moderators to control who's in a room and ensure everyone is heard. One of our PM's, Jeremy Flynn, took some time to share a working flow-chart with the public as to our approach with public meetings and teleconferences. Our hope is that this information will help other in-house communications and I.T. Professionals looking for their own solutions. As always, if you have any questions or would like to chime in on the discussion - feel free to comment or contact us!

(877) 548-3881 An update to our customers, clients and friends, On behalf of everyone at 22nd Avenue Entertainment Logistics, we want to express our deepest sympathy for those afflicted by the coronavirus and extend our heartfelt sympathy to people around the world who have lost loved ones to this illness or are battling it themselves. We share our gratitude to the healthcare and public health professionals — as well as leaders at the local, state, national and international levels — who are working tirelessly to protect us all.
We have ramped up our teleconference and streaming meeting services, with the same best practices mentioned above, to ensure we help with maintaining productivity for our clients and their businesses. We are monitoring CDC, Local and State Government channels to provide around-the-clock guidance and support to our clients and staff as needed. While the current coronavirus situation presents new challenges, one thing has not changed over the course of our history in finding solutions: our commitment to our clients and their visions. For those who have postponed or cancelled public projects, when the time does come for you to do business again, we are ready to welcome you and your awesome ideas. Lastly, we want to recognize, as a fellow humans, these are unprecedented times. But stay calm, and know that humanity has made it through these events before, and we'll make it through again. Don't stay constantly glued to the TV (or social media), go outside and take walks (that's still ok!), but do keep your distance—flattening the curve by #StayingHome is real, and will help save lives in your community. Thank you so much for your continued business as we navigate these unprecedented times together. Sincerely,
The 22nd Avenue Team One of the of the most vital aspects to a teleconference, is presence. With a lot of confusion out there regarding how this works, it can be simply summed up as "Streaming with the ability to have a conversation". 22nd Avenue provides true two-way collaboration for meetings and conferences, through a variety of platforms. Where we are different from the rest, is that we provide the needed equipment to ensure your project launches successfully.
What is available on the market today: With most solutions on the market today, you could download a third-party app and instruct your viewers to download the app as well and collaborate that way. Or, you could opt for a one-way streaming service and then field questions via twitter or other forms of social media. These are great economical solutions, which can help a business or agency get out there and engage their public. However, these solutions can be difficult to deploy and troubleshoot without the correct equipment or personnel. How we are different: With Broadcast Solutions by 22nd Avenue, we provide the entire software and hardware solution on a project, temporary or long-term basis. There's no need to determine what equipment to buy, how to source audio, or what app's to download. We provide all cameras, switching, routing and even the internet (if needed). We provide a simple web-based link for everyone to connect through, which can also be password protected. Plus, if your project calls to be shared with the general public, we can even integrate with all social media platforms - Live and in Real-Time. If you have a presence on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or even Instagram - we can broadcast a stream to that account! Interested in learning more about what we can do to help your business or agency stay productive?
Give us a call today to get started! In 2020, Focus Groups are still going strong. When a company or a private individual is paying good money for research data, it’s important that researchers are able to analyze that data in real-time or have pristine records to refer to. Many times, this responsibility falls on the audiovisual vendor. As audiovisual experts with over 30+ years in the business, we’ve been working with Focus Group Researchers to provide custom solutions for their polling needs. From a simple two-camera CCTV, recorded and delivered same-day; to remote streaming to multiple locations globally, with viewing rooms, two-way communication and playback for groups. Whatever your project calls for, we’re looking to build relationships and custom solutions for our clients.
The challenge for us was that the venue was a boutique hotel with poor Wi-Fi and internet options – as well as limited connectivity for power in critical locations. After evaluating the site for the focus group studies, we determined that a cellular bonder would be the best option for data and streaming. This would allow for us to provide our own internet service on-site, without worrying about the local venue’s connection speed and reliability.
Lastly, to connect the cameras, we used a tuned wireless protocol over IP for our PTZ function as well as wireless SDI equipment to transmit signal to the viewing room. We provided boundary microphones and wireless lav (Lavaliere) microphones, which connected through the wireless camera stream, for perfectly clear audio. This allowed us to remain out of sight of the focus groups and be in direct communication with the research associates in the viewing room. The collaboration between 22nd Avenue Entertainment Logistics and the research team ensured that the research group’s clients received a precise product that was reliable and specific to their needs. Serving the entire Western United States and portions of the East Coast, 22nd Avenue Entertainment Logistics is the right choice for professional results when it comes to your most challenging projects. For researchers, focus groups or anything in between – give us a call, or contact us, for your next audiovisual rental or production need. Let's get in touch! (530) 349-4429 | (877) 549-3881 Since the K10.2 debuted, we have been fans of this powered speaker from day one. Originally thought of as a utilitarian speaker for premium sound indoors, we had started to utilize this speaker and a variety of other applications.
The biggest plus in outdoor live sound applications is the ability to delay your signal path right at the speaker level. Granted some engineers would prefer to have delay and timing control at the mix position, but for most Civic and medium-sized public events (between 10,000 to 15,000 people) the quick and dirty approach is perfect.
With that being said, if you are seriously considering the K10.2 as your next purchase (assuming you already have the capability to properly control the tone and dynamics of your sound, mix wise)... You are going to be extremely happy with the versatility of your purchase. Don't take our word for it though, schedule a rental of a QSC sound system package today!
In addition to getting your sound and stage lighting needs taken care of, many clients come to us for the precise setup of market lighting (or as some call it, string lighting or popcorn lighting). It's a great way to add ambiance, while also providing the function of needed light when it's dark! At 22nd Avenue Entertainment Logistics, we go the extra mile providing precise lengths which are custom cut to fit. Symmetrical designs and a triple-check on each bulb to ensure there's not a single "annoying" light which is hanging there without light. It's these important attentions to detail that we take pride in. Plus, with different globe sizing options as well as up-lighting options to add to your next event - give the experts in entertainment a call to discuses you next event. Call for New Year 2020 and mention this blog for a special year-end rate, plus free-delivery! (For all New Year events!). We're looking forward to your business. Call: (530) 349-4429

At 22nd Avenue Entertainment Logistics and our partner friends at HD1 Live Media, we are helping clients produce their LIVE videos into multi-camera, engaging productions... on all major social platforms. When the project calls for multi-camera, a typical production follows this path.
... and the cool thing about LIVE, is once we stop recording and streaming... it's available for immediate duplication, distribution, editing (for highlights) or upload.
When you're ready to do LIVE Multi-Camera Video at your next conference, project or event... give the experts in entertainment a call. 22nd Avenue Entertainment Logistics. A lot of our clients come to us looking for a specific "thing" in search of a greater solution. In reality, it is a great way to get to meet us and connect. For most of our major clients, the experience we bring to the table and the broader scope of their needs becomes apparent. With that, the name "Entertainment Logistics" begins to become clearer. For example, we get a chance to meet a lot of new first-time concert promoters looking for a sound company. But after consultation, we come to find that a lot of these clients have not put together all of the additional pieces in their quest for concert production. One of the biggest aspects to promoting a concert and ensuring that your event is a success, actually has nothing to do with the sound lighting and video (even though that is an important step).
As a promoters production partner, the team at 22nd Avenue Entertainment Logistics becomes more than a sound company or a lighting and stage company... We become the single entertainment production resource for professional results in the Western United States. Interested in seeing what the 22nd Avenue Entertainment Logistics difference can do for your next major event or festival?
Let's start a dialogue today. As a sound company, 22nd Avenue Entertainment Logistics has the inventory and experienced personnel to provide professional results at your next major event or concert.
For example, many local EDM festivals will not book talent traveling with specific equipment or needs. However, our experience with EDM festivals has shown it's more than just quality low-end and "thump". For a premium experience, attendees want to be able to "feel" the low-end substantially... But promoters and buyers do not necessarily have the budget to provide adequate power. We have found that specific engineering on certain cabinets we have in inventory along with proper placement and height throughout the venue, will deliver dramatic results at a lower cost of power consumption.
Interested to learn more about our theology as a sound company and how we can help your next concert, festival or event be a great success? Interested in learning more about what 22nd avenue entertainment logistics can do outside of sound and concert production?
That's great! Let's schedule some time to start a dialogue and see what we can do for you.
With half of 2019 pretty much behind us, it's always nice to check in with Productions and see what's new, trending and consistent. Some departments aren't rocking much change, as brands haven't really brought out new innovation... which makes 2020 look awesome! Sound Production The go-to system of choice still for concert work comes in at the EAW KF730 line array system. In our opinion, it's still a bit heavy for a 2-man crew on corporate work, but when there's little time to strategize a build-out... you can't go wrong. Polish off your low-end with the Danley TH118s or the EAW SB1001 accordingly. We've also been getting great results with the QSC K12.2 in triple, as a stack, for wide array type applications (e.g. smaller concerts, corporate events - both indoors and out). They're easy to fly and a breeze to tune (using DBX Driverack PA Management racks). To fill in the bottom-end, we're still sticking with the JBL PRX818XLF x4 (2 per side). It's honestly amazing how good such a small rig sounds at performance levels. Lighting Production Lighting is becoming more and more automated these days for smaller shows and while we're still pretty proud of our particle projection screens - the next big thing for lighting is really going to come down to placement and timing. Getting light at the precise moment, in the precise location - has been made way easier with the Blacktrax system... but another cool thing to consider is by combining up to 4 20k Projectors to a visual server and "projecting light". Currently, our projector of choice - Panasonic PT-DS20K2UBH. Video Production We're still using those upgraded Sony X-70's for broadcast/streaming work. It's a quick in and out system. We're not fumbling with lenses, mounts, packs and everything else attached to basic streaming. However, for live work - we've had great success with the Blackmagic Ursa (EF Mount) pairing with wireless SDI Ikans for transmission back to the Blackmagic ATEM 2 M/E. It's a capability that's nice to have and lends a much more "cinematic feel" to streaming productions. As far as workflow is considered, we still consider proxy-based post more difficult with the Ursa's... as opposed to the Arri Alex Mini (no joke), or even the Canon C300. (Just a side note). Stage and Rigging Still fans of James Thomas, you just can't go wrong. A good pair of ST-25's and we're in business. With safety at the heart of any great production, It's honestly super reassuring that rigging continues to stay pretty consistent in build-outs. For ground built stages; a speedy time of deployment is absolutely key. With the Quicklock stages from intellistage, we're getting up to 15 minute deployment times (in smaller applications). Productions as a whole
The truth is, we love taking the awesome tools at our disposal to make great experiences for our clients. From conferences to concerts and everything in between... we're always looking to create something awesome, because sometimes the easiest solution isn't always the best solution. Questions?
