1) Plan and script (where possible). We create/obtain all graphics and lower-thirds, fillers and teasers... essentially the "polish" to make the production have a solid edge.

2) Scout the Venue, or create a rundown. With the graphics, talent and content all prepared... we run that on paper, from start to finish. Does it work with the venue? If we aren't providing lighting and sound (which we do that also), who is? And are they on the same page as us for cues?

3) Practice and final prep. We make sure the talent, the audience, the crew are all aware of their respective cues... any music or graphics are appropriately licensed... we have a strong opening and a strong finish.

4) Showtime. The hard work pays off in planning and we have a seamless, awesome, live-show!
