One of the biggest challenges facing the teleconference and streaming community, is control over their audience! For virtual public meetings, a conference call isn't always the most ideal solution. We're providing tiered solutions for both video and audio teleconferences... which allow moderators to control who's in a room and ensure everyone is heard. One of our PM's, Jeremy Flynn, took some time to share a working flow-chart with the public as to our approach with public meetings and teleconferences. Our hope is that this information will help other in-house communications and I.T. Professionals looking for their own solutions.
